When choosing souvenirs in Thailand, items with bold flavours—such as those seasoned with spices or featuring the taste of lemongrass or coriander—are a great way to capture the essence of Thai cuisine. However, because of their strong and unique taste, they may not appeal to everyone.
In this post, I’ve picked out some easy-to-like Thai snacks that still give off that local vibe—perfect for sharing around the office or giving to friends when you’re back home.
Most of these can be found at supermarkets or convenience stores, and many come individually wrapped, making them handy for sharing. Use this list as a quick guide to help with your souvenir shopping before heading home!

Where to Buy Bulk Souvenirs in Thailand
When it comes to souvenir shopping in Thailand, convenience stores and supermarkets are your best bet.
Some of the main supermarkets in Thailand include:
- Big C (affordable)
- Tesco Lotus (affordable)
- Tops (on the higher end)
- Gourmet Market (premium)
If you’re looking for bulk souvenirs snacks, I recommend checking out 7-Eleven or Big C and Tesco Lotus.
Souvenirs to Buy in Thailand
Here are some recommended snacks/sweets to bring back as souvenirs from Thailand.
PRETZ|Larb & Tom Yum Kung

If you’re looking for individually wrapped snack from Thailand, Pretz is a good option.
Flavours like Larb and Tom Yum Kung give a real taste of Thailand, and each pack costs around THB10-15 (roughly US$0.30 / UK£0.2).
You can buy them individually, but if you’re shopping at a supermarket like Big C, you’ll often find multi-packs available—handy if you’re buying in bulk.
Pocky|Mango & Chocolate Banana

Pocky also comes in special Thai packaging, making it a fun and easy souvenir option.
Unlike Thai Pretz, which tends to be on the spicy side, these Pocky flavours are great for anyone who isn’t a fan of spicy snacks.
They come in and Mango and Chocolate Banana flavours, and each pack costs around THB12 (roughly US$0.35 / UK£0.25).
Koala’s March|Chocolate Banana & Mango

In addition to Pretz and Pocky, Koala’s March is another great option for souvenirs.
It comes in Chocolate Banana and Mango flavours, and the colourful Thai-language packaging makes it stand out nicely.
It is individually wrapped, so it’s perfect for sharing—or even as a little extra to go along with other gifts.
They’re very affordable too, usually around THB10 (roughly US$0.30 / UK£0.2) per pack. At supermarkets like Big C, you can often find value packs containing 10 or 12 packs.
Dried Mango|Royal Thai Brand Doi Kham / KUNNA

In Thailand, both supermarkets and souvenir shops offer a wide variety of dried fruits. While there are plenty of options for souvenirs, I highly recommend DOI KHAM dried mango for easy-to-share gifts.
DOI KHAM is a brand founded by the former king to provide work opportunities for the poor. It’s a well-respected brand, and their products are widely available.
For souvenirs, they offer convenient small packages, with a bag of dried mango costing around THB20 (roughly US$0.60 / UK£0.44)
In addition to mango, they also offer guava, strawberry, and tomatoes.
It’s available at convenience store like 7-Eleven, making it a great, affordable option.
Another option you’ll often find in supermarkets is KUNNA brand dried fruits.

The smallest packages are slightly larger than DOI KHAM’s and can be found from about THB12 (roughly US$0.35 / UK£0.25).
KUNNA also offers dried dragon fruit, which is recommended to buy along with mangoes.

TESCO Thai Snacks|Banana Chips & Dried Fruit

For a slightly unique option, TESCO snacks from supermarket, Tesco Lotus make for an interesting souvenir.
While Tesco Lotus is based in Thailand, it carries products with UK supermarket chain TESCO‘s logo.
Products like banana chips and dried fruit are labeled with “Authentic Thai” logo and these make a great addition to a collection of shareable snacks for souvenirs.
The BBQ-flavoured banana chips in the photo are available for around THB36 (roughly US$1.1 / UK£0.8).
Shareable Thai Souvenirs

This post introduced a range of Thai-flavoured snacks and dried fruits, which are recommended as bulk souvenirs.
Supermarkets and convenience stores in Thailand offer plenty of great options, so popping into a few different shops can actually be quite enjoyable.
While dried fruits are always a safe choice, familiar snacks with Thai-exclusive flavours are easy to hand out and often make for great conversation starters—perfect for small gifts.
I hope this post helps you enjoy the experience of souvenir shopping during your time in Thailand.
